Hi, We have setup the suitecrm environment with asterisk plugin. We are able to configure the asterisk server. The registered extension works with the softphone. But when we try calling from suitecrm it neither redirects to the softphone nor any kind of connection is established.The other issue is asterisk doesn't seem to be working with SSL protocol.

    Hello Saransh Khanna, Asterisk Integraion works with SSL Protocol, It requires specifying the SSL Key and Certificate into Configuration File. Please contact on Skype: dreamertechs and provide remote session. We will help you to configure everything.
