i've installed the module per your instructions, and entered the details. but there is no pid and no actual contact to the asterisk server

    No. It doesn't come by default. You have to install it.

    https://nodejs.org/en/download/

    You can install as per above document, select your OS there and just follow some simple steps to install it.

      I have sent you an email with few commands to execute on your Univention system. Please go through the email. Try to execute those commands. And revert us. In case of any problem with NodeJS installation, you can connect us. We will guide you from here via Remote Desktop session.

    hi. thank you. i've made the installation per your instructions, and everything went well. i can see the version displayed. but still no communication with the pbx. i don't even see the crm tries to make contact, let alone fails. i see no traffic trying to come from the crm to the pbx
