#1830 - We have problems with the integration to a pascom PBX

We use a pascom PBX. This system is based on a asterisk pbx. But I do not have the Information that you want for the installation.

    I hope you have installed the Asterisk Integration module using the documentation provided : https://store.suitecrm.com/docs/asterisk-integration-with-suitecrm

    For integration with Asterisk Server, you require to install NodeJS on CRM Server & You require following things from Asterisk Server Side : 1. Asterisk Server IP 2. AMI Username 3. AMI Port 4. AMI Password

    Your Asterisk Service Provider will provide you the AMI Details like Asterisk Server IP, AMI Username, AMI Port, AMI Password.
