#1709 - No PID after Asterisk Service Has Been Started
Hi, After configuring the Asterisk Server parameters, the service is started correctly but there is no process id number on screen and the Asterisk Call Notifications is in red.
Nodejs is installed, navigator console logs are: Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED GET http://myCRMdomain.com:5188/socket.io/?extension=9500&EIO=3&transport=polling&t=MXoFmlb net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Hello Camilo Duque,
There may be multiple reasons for this. - The apache user might not have permission to run NodeJS script - There may be firewall issue which blocks browser to connect to port on which Service has been started.
