Apparently it is not compatible for us at this time. How can we get a refund for it?

    Hi Senia,

    You are still in the free 30 day trial. To cancel, go to your Purchases and for the All-in-One order click on the Purchase History tab. On the right side there will be a "Quit Trial" link.
