#20 - Configuration error

Whenever I enter credentials and test connection it gives me error " connection closed with error code 1006".

    Please do not use test connection. It works only with specific PBXs. To test go to account list view and try to click-to-call.

      So i should just enter credentials and save it? What should i put in last field i.e. match only last N digits?

      I went to accounts list view and tried to call it gave me following error in console.

      " Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at ws://172.21.21.11:5038/?CID=RSR0ZTN0&CT=sugarcrm&GID=997&PhoneNumber=997&BroadcastEventsMask=0&BroadcastGroup=&PzProtocolVersion=1.

      websocket = new WebSocket(connection_url); "

      You should put there how many digits should be matched to select accounts, contacts and leads on pop-up . For example, 1. you call from number +14603345516 2. you have a contact with phone number 14603345516 3. you have an accont with phone number 4603345516

      If you put 11 in "match only last N digits", then you will only a contact on pop-up If you put 10 in "match only last N digits", then you will see both - conact and account.

      Why did you use port 5038? Our module does not use AMI interface. By default we use port 10150. If you did not change it in cel_prostiezvonki.conf then please use this port (10150).

    to use some other port we only have to change it in "cel_prostiezvonki.conf" file ?

      yes. you have to change port in CRM (in module configuration panel in admin)
