#1547 - no pop-up window

Install the module in Freepbx with Asterisk 13, when you click on the number the call is made but there is no pop-up window or record of the call.

    Hi,
    I'm sorry I did not reply you earlier.

    There could be different reason why you don't see pop-up.
    1. Your browser blocks pop-up. In that case you should see red small icon on rigth side in URL-string in your browser just after your extenstion gets new incoming call.
    2. Sometimes "Ajax mode" can break pop-up. Please go to Admin->System Settings->Configure AJAX User Interface . Disable there Accounts, Lead s and Contacts modules, go to detail view of any record (Account, Contact, Lead) and try to get incoming call. If it works for you now, you can disable all modules in AJAX User Interface. This setting does not effect standard logic of the system.
    3. You do not set correct settings. If you can send me these:
    3.1. Screenshot with browser console right after incoming call
    3.2. Few latest log file from your PBX. The have names like cel_prostiezvonki{date-time}.log and they locate in /var/log/asterisk
    I will help investigate it and advise.

    There is no calls from external mumber to internal in your log. To get popup you should call from extenal number which has more digits than "internal"parameter in cel_prostiezvonki.conf. For example make incoming call from your mobile phone to your 5716.

    Ok, calls to external number work but the window does not appear when clicking on the number in the contacts. Incoming calls I have not tried, calls with internal numbers also work out but incoming popups does not appear either.

      1. There is no pop-up on outgoing calls. Pop-up shows only on incoming calls.
      2. Incoming call is only the call that comes from long phone number (more digits than in "internal" parameter in cel_prostiezvonki.conf) to short number (equal or less digits than in "internal" parameter in config file).

      PS
      We did custom solution with pop-up on outgoing, but it will be customization and it will be charged additionally.
