Yes I am the maintainer, currently I am very busy with School/Work leaving little time for this project, but I do intend to continue development of SugarSweetCRM.

Hello office5,
I too have an ec2 instance running bitnami-suitecrm. I have some ideas to what could be the issue listed below. If none of the below works please contact me via email lvanderzande@cognitusconsulting.com.
Have you checked to make sure that the domain xeonpowder.gitlab.io is allowed to connect via CORS ?
- If CORS is not enabled for this domain you will need to use the cors-anywhere proxy. This can be toggled on and off in the Sugar Sweet CRM login form.
To get the correct url to your SuiteCRM box: navigate to your suitecrm url
Should be something like:
https://crm.domain.com/index.php?action=Login&modules=Users https://domain.com/suitecrm/index.php
Replace "/index.php?action=Login&modules=Users" with "/service/v4_1/rest.php" will give you the real location to which Sugar Sweet CRM communicates to.
The url without "/service/v4_1/rest.php" is the url you will need specify in the login form.
some valid examples (NOTE: https:// is forced no matter if you put http or https so make sure you have a valid certificate)
crm.domain.com
www.domain.com/suitecrm
domain.com/suitecrm
Thanks,
Lars

The add-in is installed by using a manifest file (manifest.xml) the URL is in the Installation Guide.

Hi LeeAnnBonds,
What version of Outlook are you using?
If you'd like to setup a meeting where you can screen share, I'd be more than happy to help you further.
Thanks,
Lars lvanderzande@cognitusconsulting.com

Hi LeeAnnBonds,
Do you have this button?
"Get Add-ins" inside the Home Ribbon?
From there you can use the manifest.xml URL which is provided inside the Install Guide.
Thanks,
Lars

Hi kaikeune, I've added three YouTube videos to the install guide which should be enough to guide you through the installation of Sugar Sweet CRM.
