#1887 - Do not understand how to add your add-in in desktop Outlook

Closed Installation created by wamser 6 months ago

Have only found the guide how to upload your addin in Office 365 Online Outlook. But what about Dektop version from Outlook. Where is the add-in?

    Hi wamser,

Use the From URL option and then supply the manifest.xml provided in the install guide.

The add-in is installed by using a manifest file (manifest.xml) the URL is in the Installation Guide.

    Thanks,

    Lars

Thanks, have added it. Still some problems: in online outlook everything has been installed as per your guideline. (Exchange-Organisation-add-in etc. etc.). Button is correctly shown in outlook. But he does not accept the correct log-in data. All data is correct, but still he is not connecting...

In Offline Outlook I was able to connect correctly. So, was able to add the log in data plus the license data. But now.... Nothing is shown there. I have manually added it to the menu but if I now press the button sCRM nothing happens....

One important question: How can I stop the test license if I do not want to use it anymore without entering the paid phase?
