Kanban is a visual system for managing work as it moves through a process. Kanban visualizes both the process (the workflow) and the actual work passing through that process.

Kanban is a great tool to have a clearer picture of how things are going in general.
Users can configure what stages they want to have on the Kanban board.
An Administrator can create Kanban boards for all users. Users, themselves, can modify these Kanban boards for their personal use and can add private Kanban Boards.
