Start using your addon by scheduling a meeting in SuiteCRM Go to Meetings module and schedule a meeting.
In the above screenshot, we have added one more user to the meeting: Once the meeting is saved, all the invitees will get the meeting mail with the Jitsi Meet URL
The "video icon" from Jitsi Meet will now also be displayed in the list view section for easy access to video meetings.
The Jitsi Meet video icon is also visible in the detail view, allowing users to copy the link for video conferencing.
Email for the invitation Users will also receive the meeting link in their email address for easy access to the scheduled video conference.
Once users receive the meeting link in their email and accept it to join the meeting, the CRM meeting detail view will display a list of all users who have accepted the invitation to join.
