Add Tag is a SuiteCRM add-on that enables users to apply helpful tags on records to better manage large tasks in the CRM. Choose to tag records one by one or by the bulk action feature. Use the report tool to apply a filter and segment records per tag of your choice.
Admin Guide
Tag Management addon can be used by all the users in CRM. But the tag can be created only by an admin user from the admin panel.
To Create Tag in CRM, follow below steps:
- Go to the admin section of View Tag
- Create Tag and save it
Once an add-on is created, it can be used by all the users. Admin can check the records to which all tags are applied and can also run a report for getting the analysis.
With this addon, two reports are generated automatically which can be accessed by all the user of CRM for checking the tag userwise and module wise
