SMS Integration with SuiteCRM

Engaged Dreamer Technologies to replace our existing SMS integration. We have no technical staff to deal with back end stuff so responsive support is very important to us. Bhavin got things moving quickly and listened to our requests for adjustments to ensure things work as we expect. Would definitely recommend Dreamer Technologies for this and other add-ons they produce.

Bhavin was able to configure the Inbound and Outbound of the add-on. We are using a 3rd party sms gateway.

I signed up for a free trial and called the devs for some support. The founder picked up the call and I learned that they are a small team of people who work on this plugin. After talking with them, I cancelled the free trial and purchased the paid one right away because I wanted to support a group of honest, hard-working people. I wish the team best of luck. I have received stellar support from them.

This is the BEST #1 SuiteCRM SMS Plugin !!!!

We tried other plugins but they didnt have the capabilities that dreamer tech provided.
This plugin has 2way chat window, twilio/plivo/ http api custom support.
We needed help integrating a new sms provider and Dreamer Tech Delivered. They worked with me remotely fixing all the issues without a problem... They provided the best support, great customer service and they are very knowledgeable about their products. Do not buy any other sms plugin, this one works and its the best.

It does exactly what it says it does and if you need support, the team is there to help you on everything you need.

We had tried other SMS apps and they were full of issues, this one was build right. Had to customize a few thing, and the service from Dreamer was excellent.

Also oursupport guy took into account our specific need to support 2 different phone number formats in CRM and made the required changes to make it work.

Works great in France with OVH as SMS provider using HTTPS.

After a slow start the Dreamer Technologies team went above and beyond, not only assisting us with getting the extension working but also integrating a new sms service (BurstSMS) that works in New Zealand & Australia. I would not hesitate to recommenced both this extension and their stellar support.

After a couple of technical changes needed to our system Mehul solved our problem!
