#5057 - Won't authenticate

I just installed the plugin with suiteCRM 8.4 for the first time. When I try to validate the license key, it just hangs and doesn't validate on the UI.. when I check the system log, it says that it failed to authenticate.

Initially I wanted to try this with 2 users, so I only ordered 2 licenses.

Troubleshooting tried so far: I deleted the other test profiles in the system, in case that was causing a conflict... and made the total active user count equals 2 for the entire suiteCRM instance... and it still fails to validate.
