#4866 - Unable to complete installation - Stuck at step 3

Hi, we're currently trying to install TapCRM 2.6.1 on our SuiteCRM instance. During step 2 (License Validation), when we added some users and click "Next", the page says "Saving Users.... Success!" and stays on step 2. Opening the browser console shows a 500 - Internal Server Error. The server logs are of little help and contain no logs related to this (level: warn).

We're running SuiteCRM 7.13.1 with PHP 8.0. Need help ASAP
