next button doesn't go to the next page after first step in the installation wizard It greys out the button but it doesn't move. If I click somewhere else on the page, the button returns to its original state.

    No solution was provided, only standard installation documentation and a video of the same, indicating what should happen but is not in my case. I don't have time right now to mess around with this.

    I resolved the above, it was file permissions issue on the server. I have redownloaded and reinstalled but now I'm getting a error about the domain not being the same as in my order?

    Could you please ensure that the domain matches both your CRM domain and the one provided during the order placement? If they are different, you will not be able to validate the license key. In case you entered a different domain while placing the order and your CRM domain is different, kindly provide your CRM domain so we can update it in your order.

    Additionally, I would like to mention that we aim to respond within 24 hours. Please feel free to acknowledge our response within a day, not more than that. If needed, we can also schedule a call to address your queries as soon as possible. You can expect an email from my team shortly.
