#3324 - Installation getting stuck at 11%

I have tried several times to completely delete the package, rebuild, clear cache, etc. and reinstall. Every time I try to install the TapCRM instance on my CRM in the module loader, after accepting the terms, it gets stuck at 11% and will go no further.
