#2656 - Install TapCRM on your CRM instance.

I installed the TapCRM module per the manual. The user scanned the QR code that was generated, but he gets an alert saying "Install TapCRM on your CRM instance"

How can I troubleshoot this?

    Hello Dear,

    Greetings for the day.

    It seems you have only installed the application and have not installed the zip file in your SuiteCRM instance, in order to use the application you would need to do some configuration on suiteCRM.

    To start with, we have a 30 days of free trial for the product which you can opt from here: https://store.suitecrm.com/addons/tapcrm/pricing. Once you complete this you will have a zip file will be available in your account, kindly download it & you just need to install the zip on your CRM instance and application is all yours.

      I installed the zip file. TapCRM 2.6.0 is shown under "Module Loader". The installation generated a QR code when it was finished, but the user gets the message in my original post. I have confirmed that the license key has been validated. I made sure that the same URL I entered in mobile is working via web browser
