#2594 - App Can't Connect to Server

The app is giving an error connecting to the server. I can reach the server via the URL, tried regenerating a new QR code, validated my licenses and nothing seems to help.

    Additional information from the log file: Code: 9 Message: The resource owner or authorization server denied the request. ErrorType: access_denied Hint: The JWT string must have two dots

    We have tried reaching the URL from mobile it seems working. Can you please elaborate more about the case. Are you getting error on particular module?

    Would you please confirm have you installed the mobile application of version 2.6.0 and also have update the TapCRM zip file version 2.6.0 in SuiteCRM?
