#1695 - Custom Filter

Hello

I would like to create a custom filter to filter my oppurtunities by sales stage. So that I can filter out the won and lost and only show active opportunities. Any idea's?

    Hi Marteen,

    Thank you for contacting us and addressing your queries.

    In response to your question, you need to change the layout for Opportunity Module. Please follow the below steps: Go to Admin -> TapCRM Configuration -> Configure Mobile layouts Select the opportunity module and click on the search view button. Drag the field e.g Sales Stage from left to right, you want to display in mobile search layout and click on save button to save the layout. Login to TapCRM and Click on Sync layout button which is in module list drawer. Click on Sync all button. Go to the opportunity module and click on the filter icon and create a new filter by click on the plus button. Here you can find the Sales Stage field. Please select the stages you want to see the opportunity and click on save button. If you want this filter on your Dashboard then simply check the checkbox named Show on Dashboard.
