    Hi Raj,

    Greetings from Appjetty!

    In response to the query, You have to give the permission to the files and folders which is related to TapCRM. Please give the 755 to folders and 644 to the files which are provided below file path.

    Kindly give the recursive 755 permission to following folders:


    After giving the permissions, check again. If you have any confusion regarding the permissions then we can schedule the Team Viewer session.

    Thank you. That is resolved! Plugin is setup

    My TapCRM android app refuses to connect to server! Alert: The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

      The error message is related to the permissions. It seems that the permissions are not given properly. Can we have a Teamviewer session, so we can check and set it up on a quick note?
