    Hello Jeremy,

    Greetings from Appjetty Support Team.

    We are sorry for the trouble. It seems there might be some issue in the file permission during the package installation.

    Kindly check for your default file permission in the config.php file has the below value:

    'default_permissions' => array ( 'dir_mode' => 1528, 'file_mode' => 493, )

    Please set value 1528 for 'dir_mode' and 493 for 'file_mode' and then try to reinstall the plugin again. Also, make sure that your cache directory has proper file permission (775).
