#1129 - Issues after installation on 7.10.4

Hi, I purchased TapCRM but its not working.

  1. I have suiteCRM 7.10.4. Is it not supported?
  2. Mobile app is not able to connect to server, it says problem in connecting server
  3. Mobile layout option in backend admin is not showing lower plain. [see attached image]

    Thanks for revert AppJetty. After setting 755 to folders and 644 to files, it started working. thanks.

    other issue is in list and search layout, once you add a field, you can't remove it. if you drag, the close button is visible but you can really click on it.

    convert to lead does not carry any fields from lead and just show empty fields.

    while editing lead, title of the field and the content is in the same font. Can you change field label to different font? table and content is not clearly distinguished.

    Hello Rahul,

    Hope you're doing well!

    Please find our comments inline to your query:-

    [Appjetty]: Yes, we have resolved this issue. For that, you have to download new CRM package from your SuiteStore account and re-install the package in your instance and check after clear browsing cache.

    2. convert to lead does not carry any fields from lead and just show empty fields.
    [Appjetty]: We are providing carry forward value for similar fields when convert the lead. For example, convert lead named "Yen Agent" ("first_name" + "last_name") to contact at that time you also need to have "first_name" and "last_name" in your contact's Edit view.I f you have, then it will carry value from "first_name" and "last_name" of lead and set it to contacts. If these fields are also not fill-up then please provide us your CRM Administration credentials so we can check in detail and get back to you as soon as possible.

    Note: We have setup based on similar fields(field name).If you have done any customization in your CRM for this, then it will not work in Tap CRM.

    Hi, I have a problem enabling the mobile application. I put the username and password and I get the message Customer_id not found.
    They could help me since we want to evaluate the application.
