#3715 - The plugin does not work on customised quote line items

Hi Support,

We have a SuiteCRM installation running on version 7.10.11. We've applied some customisation on the CRM and that includes the quote line items. We have installed the plugin and added the license and verified.

When we create a new quote and add products in the line item, we are not able to drag any of the product to move them around, below is the link to the video recording on what's happening in our CRM instance:

    Please confirm and check the following: 1. Please confirm if Quick Repaid and Rebuild had been run, if not please run it 2. Place confirm if config_override.php is updated with the following lines (check is you have permissions to update this file from SuiteCRM) $sugar_config['t2i']['contracts']['enableLineItems'] = true; $sugar_config['t2i']['invoices']['enableLineItems'] = true; $sugar_config['t2i']['quotes']['enableLineItems'] = true; 3. Please clear the browser cache or try opening SuiteCRM from Incognito Window to make sure that caching is not the root cause

    If you are still unable to proceed, we can have a short skype/zoom session to get the plugin working

      Hi Artjoms,

      We've confirmed that those lines are already in the config_override.php file. We've also tested this using incognito window and it still didn't work for our instance.

      It would be great if we can do Skype or Zoom call so you can help us further in fixing the plugin. Please let me know the Skype or Zoom details so we can have a session to fix the plugin for us.
