We are using SuiteCRM 7.14.4 After I successfully load the license key, and I click the "Generate QR". There is no QR shown?

Hi, generally the QR usually takes a while the first time you load it as well as the synchronisation when you connect a phone. If after waiting a while you see that it still doesn't generate, could you tell us what error you are getting?

Thanks for your quick respond, I try to wait for 5 minutes after I press the “Generate QR” button and it still have not gave me the QR code.
Actually, when I press the “Generate QR” button, it show me the following (V1.jpg)
After 5 minutes, it show me following and cannot find any error/warning messages. (V2.JPG
