  I have followed your advice. 1. Uninstall the plug-in package 2. Reinstall the plug-in package 3. perform a QUICK repair and rebuild within SuiteCRM

  But the situation is still same as before.

  Thanks for your quick respond, I try to wait for 5 minutes after I press the “Generate QR” button and it still have not gave me the QR code.
  Actually, when I press the “Generate QR” button, it show me the following (V1.jpg)

  After 5 minutes, it show me following and cannot find any error/warning messages. (V2.JPG
