Hi Team, We’re facing an issue in Security Suite where an Admin user is unable to see certain panels i.e Developer Tools. The user does not have any roles or security groups assigned. Is there any specific code or configuration we need to check or update to resolve this?

    Hi Sravani,

    Not sure how to help here. SecuritySuite doesn't control what panels are visbile on the admin side. What other add-ons do you have installed?

    Hi ,

    We haven’t installed any other add-ons that manage the admin panel, apart from Security Suite.

    The code in custom/modules/Administration/Ext/Administration/administration.ext.php (see attached screenshot to this comment), which is related to Security Suite, appears to be causing the issue. When I comment out this code, all admin panel options, including Developer Tools, become visible. When the code is active, the Developer Tools panel disappears.

    Additionally, the “Additional Users” field from Security Suite is not visible in our CRM (screenshot attached to this comment). We are on the Enterprise plan. Could you please help identify the cause of this issue?

      Any errors in your PHP/Apache/server logs around the time of recreating that issue? I bet that will give us some clues on the cause relating to your environment. Could be more restrictive settings than expected and we can adjust from there.

    We have upgraded from 7.11.10 to 7.13.1 and then I have installed the latest security suite. No logs are created I don't see Additional Users field in Studio for any module. For opportunities since its already added before it was there but without option to select the users. How to get it viewed in Studio at Edit/Detail View layous? Regards, Sravani

      I'm unable to see the original attachment that you provided. Can you email it to solutions - @ - eggsurplus -.- com, please (no spaces or -)? Additionally, if you can provide temporary admin access, even to a test site with the same issue, I can take a look to see what may be causing the issue. Did the issue start happening after the upgrade?
