Quick Create support has now been added with the latest 3.1.24 release which you can download from your Orders page at https://store.suitecrm.com/orders. I'm going to close this case out for now, but feel free to follow up here if you have any issues. Be sure to run the following after installing:

Making good progress on getting Additional Assigned Users to work with the Quick Create form. Hoping to have it working by the end of this week.

For anyone else who is running into this, we were able to replicate this issue when doing a Mass Assign while using a search filter with a custom relate field. The issue has been fixed in the 3.1.23 release of SecuritySuite for all versions of SuiteCRM.

Hello,
Make sure that the Security Groups are assigned to the records as well. There will be a Security Groups subpanel under each record. You can assign them there or in the List View of any module, such as Leads, do a search, select all, and use the Mass Assign to add a Security Group to the selected records.
Group permissions will only work if the group is assigned to the record. It won't work through the assigned users. Only Owner permissions will work that way.
More help on how to set up Security Groups can be found at https://store.suitecrm.com/docs/securitysuite/example-of-a-typical-setup
Let me know if you have any more questions.

If I understand correct, this custom module was created before SecuritySuite was installed, correct?
If yes then here is the fix:
- Edit /modules/YOURCUSTOMMODULE/vardefs.php
- Remove 'security_groups' from the VardefManager::createVardef call
- Run Quick Repair & Rebuild a couple of times
- Go to Admin->Hookup Module
- Choose your module and click OK
- Run Quick Repair & Rebuild for good measure
That will get your module back up and running.

Hello,
Be sure to run the following 3 steps from the Admin->Repair menu:
- Quick Repair & Rebuild (execute the generated SQL)
- Rebuild Relationships
- Repair Roles
If you still have issues let me know if there are any filters applied to the custom module and which filters those are. There may be something with custom relationship fields that has recently been reported.
Thanks,

Hello,
Nothing around dashlet/search group layouts has changed from 3.1.18 to 3.1.22 that I know of. Can you try doing the usual post-install steps to see if that resolves the issue for you?
- Quick Repair & Rebuild
- Rebuild Relationships
- Repair Roles
Run these from the Admin->Repair menu.
If that doesn't work, please send over the version of SuiteCRM that you are currently on and I will investigate further.
Thanks!

Thanks for reporting this. Upon initial testing on 7.11.18, I cannot replicate this. I have a few questions that will help to recreate what you are running intoo.
- Are you attempting to Mass Assign a group or to a user?
- Are you doing a Select All or a Select Page/specific selections? https://www.dropbox.com/s/dhb3xbdbhqqnlwc/Screenshot%202020-11-11%20at%209.46.46%20AM.png?dl=0
- Are there any search filters set and if so, which ones?
- Which columns are displayed on your Leads List View?
Thanks!

I can't commit to that due to the technical challenges, but we will try.

Hello,
Quick Create is not currently supported for the Additional Users field due to complications with how SuiteCRM works internally. However, it is on the list still and we are looking for ways to make this possible to support.

Hello,
It's a bit confusing, but these notices are not from SecuritySuite. It is from an Auto Populate add-on. However, they are just notices. To resolve, disable notices from being logged in your php.ini. This is recommended to disable in production.
I would recommend this configuration in your php.ini:
error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_WARNING & ~E_NOTICE & ~E_DEPRECATED & ~E_STRICT
Be sure to save and then restart Apache after any changes to php.ini.

3.1.21 is ready to go that addresses the issue with the additional assigned users not coming over when duplicating a record. Just grab the matching zip for your SuiteCRM version at https://store.suitecrm.com/orders.
Install in Module Loader without uninstalling the previous version. Just install over it. Then run the Big 3 after the install: Quick Repair & Rebuild, Rebuild Relationships, and Repair Roles.
