#5693 - Getting SecuritySuite is no longer active due to the following reason: Subscription was cancelled. Please purchase a new licence on SuiteCRM Store to continue usage. Group rights have been temporarily dropped to Owner rights

Open Bug? created by 3 weeks ago

Hi team,

I have one suite crm instance where when I logged in as admin then I am getting below error message

  • SecuritySuite is no longer active due to the following reason: Subscription was cancelled. Please purchase a new licence on SuiteCRM Store to continue usage. Group rights have been temporarily dropped to Owner rights

Earlier, I was able to call the APIs, but currently I’m unable to generate the access token. Could this be related to a license issue or something else? Additionally, I do not see any option in the Admin panel to view or manage license information.

please assists.

Thanks & Regards,

    Hello,

Do you know who may have originally purchased the solution? I'm not seeing an account with your email domain. Alternatively, if you could email your current SecuritySuite license key to solutions -@- eggsurplus -.- com (remove spaces and hyphens) I can look up the status of the account for you.

    Thanks! -Jason

Thanks for sending that info over. My first suggestion is to revalidate your license key. You should receive an email with it included shortly. To validate that key, go to Admin and in the SecuritySuite section, click on the License Configuration link. Then paste in the key and click on the Validate button. Once successful, the message should go away.

Give that a try and let me know how that goes.
