#2531 - Per user licence not validating
Hello,
We have just signed up for the 'per report user' licence for one user. When we attempt to validate the licence nothing happens, instead it tells us to purchase more licences.
Please can you advise us how we rectify this issue.

Thank you for contacting us!
We can see you had the all report users version installed at one point. Please uninstall the existing Analytic Reports tool in Module Installer, remove it, then upload the Per Module User version and install that one. It will work then.
