I have just installed the module after it somehow removed itself and I input my license key but it will not validate?

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us! We have checked and looks like your system has 3 active users, while you have applied only for 1, in order to get validation successful, please increase licensed user count to 3 and it should work then ;).

Hello,
With this pricing plan "ALL USERS" - which you have selected, yes. There is an option is to select "Just Report Users" pricing, but it is more expensive for 1 user than your current 3 users within all user pricing.

Ok, I'll just go back to manually doing reports. How do I cancel the pay as you go plan I cannot find a cancel option in the purchases section of account?

Hello,
To cancel, go to your purchases at https://store.suitecrm.com/orders, click on the Purchase History tab for that order, and then the Quit Subscription link on the right side.
