Is it possible to customize Analytic Reporting Tool and make buttons and hyperlinks read other language insted of English? For example, I would like to replace original text on button "Preview" with my own text in Russian and so on.

Hello Yaroslav,
To translate module language to English, use one of existing language files located in directory "/modules/AnalyticReporting/language/" and copy it to "/modules/AnalyticReporting/language/ru_ru.lang.php". Then just open e.g. for Russian: "ru_ru.lang.php" file and translate.
After that you, probably, will need to do "Quick Repair and Rebuild" in "Repair" of admin section, so that changes can be taken to effect.
You might like to share the translation files with us (unless we have translated already), as for later upgrades you will not need to repeat those steps again; otherwise translation files get updated with the upgrade and you would need to repeat the steps.
