Hello! I delete an opportunity using SuiteCRM interface and after that I can still see my deleted opportunity included in reports based on “Opportunity” module. Is it a bug? Thank you.

Hello Yaroslav,
Reporting Tool allows to see deleted entries, as long as they are still existing in the database. Some of our customers actually like to see those.
To get rid of those in your report you should add filter (under 'Filters' tab) select module field 'Deleted' => 'Unchecked' for each module.
