Hello,
I already bought this add on, and i have a little questions below :
- did have to reinstall the module after i purchased ?
- or any other license key that i have to use? which different from trial version license key ?
- when i try the trial version, my suitecrm url is "http" , now i've changed the url to "https" , now when i try to add analytical report to dashlet ,it's not showing the report or a picture of graph. Is it happened because i've change from http to https or because i still use the trial version license key ?
Please advice ..

Hello Pande,
There is no need to reinstall anything after the purchase; license gets extended via web automatically. No need to use another license key. If program asks, you might need to click 'Validate' button (can try to click it twice). Do you have issues with license? If you do, please send the screenshot of error message to info@itsapiens.eu
If you can open the reports and have only issues with dashlets, it is not license issue. It can be affected due to changing url.
You might like to check site_url in SuiteCRM config file and update it there.

Thanks for the explanation, problem solved , it's because site_url changed, i have a question about chart on analytic report, i see there's no 1000s separator in amount of invoice for example : 100000 not 100,000 it's very dificult to see if there's no separator . is there a way to make amount with 1000s separator on chart the same as seen on tabular report. ?

Hello Pande,
The Reporting Tool is using number format from your general user settings in SuiteCRM; - You should change the SuiteCRM format for thousand separator and it should apply to numbers in reports as well.

here the screenshot, in tabular report there're separator for 1000s, but in graphic / chart there's no separtor 1000s

Hello Pande,
This is now solved (number thousand separators will be added to funnel chart based on your user settings of SuiteCRM). You can upload and install the latest version now via Module Loader (no need to uninstall previous Analytic Reporting Tool).
After successful installation you might need to clear the cash history on your browser in order to see changes properly.
