#566 - Regarding Email Issue

Hai Support, We had a strange issue with email on analytical reporting. With every module we can able to send & receive the mail . But with our module we can't able to receive the mail on the specified time (i.e) we mentioned on the scheduler [ https://qsnapnet.com/snaps/4ahyo99v37ue4s4 ] . So kindly help us to solve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks in Advance

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us! Is it sending it in another time, or not sending at all?

    If not sending at all, can you please check the following: as admin user, you should open SuiteCRM admin panel => Scheduler and then Create new Scheduled task => select 'Analytic Reporting Send Scheduled Emails' or similar.

    Thanks for your Quick Reply , we have followed your steps as you mentioned on above comments link , but still the issue is not yet fixed. It throws the error like this on log file "Tue Aug 29 20:52:13 2017 [4170][1][FATAL] Job a60163f8-33ec-e2e1-d224-59a563d989ce (Analytical reporting) failed in CRON run"

      Hello,

      Please try the following:

      1) Check your memory_limit settings for PHP and in CRM config. Sometimes, large reports should have more memory as others. You can increase to 512M or more. 2) Try to export data in XLS/PDF directly from report, did it work as expected? 3) Try to temporary stop scheduling this report, and try to schedule other report, did it work as expected?
