#3542 - Upgrade to Basic?

Hi, we've had Analytic Reporting Tool (AR_3.0.4_basic_onpremise_suite_default) for around a year and I notice it's now called Sapiens.BI Basic. Is there an later version we can install?

    Hello gjones,

    Thank you for contacting us! 3.0.4 version is since November 20th, 2020. It is the latest version and it should have menu name "Sapiens.BI". We do not upgrade Basic version too often. But probably yours is older than that?

    Apologies, v3.0.4 is the version I can download from the SuiteCRM Store but nothing happens when I try to upload it. Here is a screenshot of the module we have installed... ART.png

      Maybe you should give it more time and wait till it completes the uploading?

      If that doesn't help, problem could be in your environment configuration. So you should find and set in your php.ini file - following values:

      post_max_size = 200M upload_max_filesize = 200M

      If you post files larger than these values, it will remove all $_POST/$_REQUEST contents and CSRF will not allow use this request, because it will be empty.
