#296 - formatting issue with Funnel Chart
I'm using Analytic Reporting Basic, SuiteCRM version 7.7.9.
I'm not able to create a funnel chart.
When creating a Funnel chart, if I go to the Legend and Axis tab, and then check the "Cumulated" checkbox, a message appears "Please drag and drop following items to identify their order in your Funnel" along with some blue bars. The bars don't have any text and can't be moved. If I check and uncheck the "Cumulated" checkbox, it continues to create duplicates of the message plus blue boxes.

Also, if I click the "Preview" button, the chart will disappear. The chart appears again after reloading the page.

However we were not able to replicate this issue on our side. In screenshot provided by you in the "Funnel group by" section is selected "Funnel stage" which is not default system picklist. Does this picklist field have any values? There can be potential issue if field is incorrectly set to picklist and/or doesn't have any values, because module is trying to get these values to show order. Can you try to select other picklist in this section?
If other picklist fields will work well, then you should check your picklist definition, if other picklist fields will not work as well, then this is some system specific issue. We would need access to your system and files, to give you best solution, we can start by admin user access to your SuiteCRM and then if needed, can try connection via TeamViewer. "Funnel Stage" is a custom drop-down list. This is what is in that drop-down list:
Item Name: Display Label: 3 [3 Solution Definition] 4 [4 Evaluate Alternatives/Proposal] 5 [5 Negotiation/Agreement] 6 [6 Implementation/Closed Won] 7 [7 Active Ongoing Orders] X [X Closed Lost]
I added another picture that shows that the plugin is able to grab the names from the drop-down list:

This problem only occurring with this particular drop-down list, and only when the cumulated box is checked (it works fine otherwise).
Alternately, is there a way to sort which categories appear on top of the funnel? I'd like to go in order (stage 3, 4, 5, 6, etc.). Right now it's sorting from largest result to smallest result. The only reason I'm trying to use the cumulated checkbox is so that I can change the order.
