#2607 - Report Builder and related Custom modules

Closed General Question created by gjones 4 years ago

Hi, I'm currently evaluating ART Basic for our reporting needs. The main modules we use are Contacts, Cases and Accounts. I've found the example that combines these modules and this seems to work well. However, we have a 2 other custom modules that are related and although I've tried to create a new template in the Report Builder, I can't get any output. I've read the user manual about creating new report templates but I'm still confused about one to many and many to many settings.

Secondly, when I save the report from Report Builder, it does not appear in the folder I specified. In fact it doesn't appear at all. But I can open the report by manually typing in the number that is allocated to it, on the end of the url. e.g. .........module=AnalyticReporting&action=report&record=501#

I would be grateful if you could point me in the right direction to get this to work for us.

Anyone know of a more direct way to contact the developers? I've had no reply to my queries for a week now.
