Hello Leon,
Latest version with the fix is now recently updated. You can install it from your profile and PDFs should have grand totals via e-mail.
No need to unistall previous version, just please ensure your file permissions set to writable, max allowed upload file size at least 80 MB, backup, and then upload zip package via SuiteCRM Module loader please.
