Hello Leon,
Thank you for contacting us! Have you looked into "Calendar Events" folder: you should see report templates for Meetings, Tasks and also for Calls.
If you need to build a new report template, you can open "Reporting Tool Settings", then click to button "Open" under "Report Builder". You can now select modules and their related modules for your new report.

I want a report that shows the delegates on a event as per my comment. You guys know very well that the Assigned User is not the delegates so I am not sure why you would answer that.

Which of the modules do you add in delegates: Leads, Targets or Contacts?

That is the point, there is no module for Delegates, only Events.

Yes, this is technical solution in SuiteCRM, - you can only relate directly to those modules, e.g. Events with Targets (as delegates), etc. We will send you screenshots a bot later today.
