#108 - How to setup/enable scheduled reports
I've tried to setup a scheduled report according the manual. But nothing was sent out. Do I have to setup a scheduler first which will be triggered by cron.php? I've checked all available jobs in schedulers, but there is nothing similar to the Analytic Reporting Tool Basic. Also missing are any helpful hints inside the installation manual.
What are the additional steps to get the scheduled reports working?

Hello BoXBo,
Under Scheduler you should create new Scheduler and select 'Analytic Reporting Send Scheduled Reports'
And then cronjobs should be enabled on the server and for SuiteCRM.

Thanks for the quick reply. After setting up scheduler correctly I can see that it's running in the log-file. But it's not sending out any reports. Log file error is
Looks like the same issues described in bug #53 and #78. At least the error message is the same. All other scheduled SuiteCRM tasks are working fine. Do you have any suggestions about this issue?

Just to be sure - can you send the e-mails from your SuiteCRM system at all (i.e. e-mailing is configured?)

Yes, got it. After copied the file onto the system everything is working as expected. Your file was definitely different to the one which is included in our package (AR_1.7.10_suite_basic.zip).
