Did you create the quota? Can you show me a screenshot of the quota creation/edit page?

Could you check the role of that user and verify that he has View and List access to Sales Quotas for assigned records?

The user has View and List access to assigned sales quota but the quota still appears empty. Even the Business development manager who has access to view all can not view sales quota of all sales reps.
I really need your assistance in resolving this as i have a demo with a client soon and i will like to demo this functionality.

I have been able to narrow down the issue to just the sales manager not being able to view and edit the Quota for all sales rep under him. He can only view and edit his own but in roles i gave him access to view and edit group.
Only system administrator can view and edit and that is not what we want.

I have absolutely no idea where it could come from. We never had such issue. Could you check your SuiteCRM log and your PHP error log.

Thanks. That helps a lot. I guess SuiteCRM CheckAccess function doesn't support well Group access. We will try to find another way to check that.

We checked the access to Sales Quotas when Role specifies Group access. That looks fine. Now, the problem might come from Opportunities rights. What kind of access rights do these people have for Opportunities

Hi, Skype or TeamViewer are not so convenient as that would not allow me to debug the problem. I would really prefer to be able to reproduce and debug that on our server. Could you please before tell me what access rights that user has on Opportunities ? It might also help if you could check your SuiteCRM log.
