    Didn't you receive my direct email earlier today?

    Can you please check your PHP error log.

    Also, can you make sure you have latest version of our server module installed on your server (the download link can be found in your latest order on our store).

    It looks like you have been able to fix the problem (I guess it was a permission/ownership error). Can you confirm so that I can close this bug.

    Hi, I did a test-upgrade to 8.2.4, and I am facing the same error. I can't find anything in the php-logs (/var/log/php*) on my debian server. The apache error logs are also empty. The only "ping" i get is this row in the access log
