#4127 - Quick CRM - Sync Issues

Users have to manually sync every time they update/enter offline. The app does not auto sync when online.

Please suggest.

    As per our understanding the sync is automatic when going back online. But the user has to sync manually by going to : Options - Sync Status - Sync. Could you please suggest that when a user should expect the sync to start (ie. immediately, within 5 minutes, etc.)

    Hi,

    Can you explain what you mean by "going back online"? Is it when you know you have an internet access again or when you click on the green/red/orange icon on top of the homepage?

    Also, when you get an internet access, what is the color of the icon on the homepage? Does it change from orange to green?

    FYI, we have a small documentation on offline mode
