When placing a call the call is not created in the CRM.

    That looks like a bug in latest version of the app. I will check and get back to you.

    I believe you must be on iOS. Actually the bug is due to a change in latest versions of iOS. We should be able to fix the app quickly.

    We have found the way to fix that on iOS. We will send a new version to Apple later today. However, it might take a couple of days for Apple to approve and release it.
