#1843 - Pasting In Emails
I have a question, but first let me say how much we love using the QuickCRM. We appreciated your continued innovation with this product, especially in the email features. My question is, is there a reason it will not allow me to copy and paste into the email. We want our sales people to write a quote on a template then copy and past it into the email, so it is a part of the record. We do this with our opportunities. Do you have any thoughts on how this can be done?

Hi,
Thanks for your nice comment. Do you have that problem on iOS? Android? both?
The email view is quite complex and we use an external library to manage text formatting (HTML). I will check if it's a limitation of the library or a problem with our implementation and get back to you.
