#1402 - Mobile App Not Loading

I installed the module without any problems in Suite. I added the user I want to have access, but when I configure the server settings, the app says I have to install the full or basic version to use it.

    The error message also says that if you have already installed it, then it's probably a permission issue on your server.

    I've changed the permissions to the setting in the FAQ. I still seem to be missing something. Here is a copy of the error.

    Well, obviously, permissions or ownership are not set correctly. If you changed permissions correctly, I guess the apache user doesn't own custom/QuickCRM folder.
