Hi again,
I wonder if you could have permission errors on your server.
Could you please try to do the same things with Chrome with console opened (i.e. after activating Chrome menu More tools / Development tools). Do you see errors in the console?
Could you please also check your PHP error log?
Thanks

I don't know where your PHP error log is. Usually, it's the same than the Apache error log (you can try /var/log/apache2/error.log)
Now, this issue could come from the error when loading en_us.js file. There are two en_us.js files loaded by that page: cache/jsLanguage/en_us.js cache/QuickCRM/en_us.js
Could you send a zip with these two files to support@quickcrm.fr?
Could you also look at the console and change tab to "Network" Click on the query with error (index.php?module=QuickCRM...) and send me a screenshot showing Request Payload.
