Sudo Login (or Masquerade) allows Administrators to log in as any regular user without asking for their password and without disconnecting them. Specially useful for configuring their workspace (filters, reports, dashboard) or to support users (reproduce issues, help them step by step, etc).

We have a Prod and Dev environment. Do we need to purchase a separate license for each?

Of course we will not charge you for installing the licence on both your dev server and production one. As CRM integrators for a decade, we know that key of a succesfull integration is a preproduction/dev instance to let you test and prepare features before deploying to your users.
