Hi I would like to confirm a possible feature

We have a scenario where we have a Lead record

Want to be able to upload files to it

Then, using workflow we want to convert the Lead to a Case

If I create Multi upload fields inside of Leads and Cases is it possible through workflow to transfer the file with the conversion?
